The preparation of each order may vary from 3 to 7 business days, as every hat and its details are entirely handmade. We deeply value your understanding that you are purchasing a unique artisan creation made with care and intention.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. If such an incident happens, the customer must file the claim directly with the shipping company.

For international shipments, please note that customs authorities in each country (including the USA and Europe) may apply import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival.

These fees are determined randomly or based on local regulations, and they are not included in the hat price or shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number. When customs sets the amount, you will see the payment option directly on the UPS tracking page and can complete it online before delivery.

All shipments are made under Delivered at Place (DAP) terms  also known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) meaning that the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or import costs in their country.
